Space & Practicality

The large practical estate boot makes it every bit as practical as an SUV, while still leaving a generous amount of space for both front and rear seat passengers.

Equipment & Safety

The Arteon Shooting Brake comes well equipped in all guises but the R-Line trim adds a real touch of class with its 19 inch Montevideo alloy wheels and sleek body kit, as well as some luxurious interior features such as Vienna leather and ambient cabin lighting.

Performance & Running Costs

Our test car was powered by a 2.0 150hp TDI with a 6 speed DSG transmission. Fuel economy averages about 5.1l/100km. There is a plug-in Hybrid version available with a 59km electric range, as well as the 320hp petrol R performance model. So there’s certainly something for everyone.

Reliability & Residuals

Volkswagens tend to hold their value very well and the Arteon Shooting Brake comes with a three year warranty as standard.
