Brand gets a fresh new look
Dacia, celebrating its 10th anniversary in Ireland in 2023, anticipates an exciting year ahead with new product launches and the completion of its new visual identity by its dealer network. In 2023, Dacia achieved its most successful year to date with a 41% increase in registrations, securing the 9th position in the overall car market. Notably, the Sandero maintained its popularity as the second-best in its segment, and the Duster finished 7th in the C-SUV segment. The Jogger, a multi-award winner, retained its spot as the second best-selling 7-seater. The brand's visual identity rollout is well underway, with over 80% of its network already updated externally. The goal is to complete all exterior and interior upgrades across dealerships by the end of 2024, aligning with the launch of the all-new Duster and the introduction of the all-electric Spring in 2024.
Seamus Morgan, CEO, Cedar Motors Ltd, importer and distributor for Dacia in Ireland:
“2023 was the most successful year to date for Dacia in Ireland since its launch 10 years ago and with the eagerly anticipated All-New Duster and New Spring coming on board later this year, the brand’s success looks set to continue. We look forward to seeing the new brand identity transformations completed across all Dacia dealerships in 2024”.
