Kia has revealed the exterior design of its PV5 Passenger and Cargo models ahead of their full debut at Kia EV Day next week. The PV5 is the first dedicated vehicle in Kia’s Platform Beyond Vehicle (PBV) strategy, focusing on modular design, flexibility, and electric mobility.

Originally shown as a concept at CES 2024, the PV5 aims to redefine commercial and passenger transport with its bold styling and futuristic design philosophy. Kia will offer multiple variants, including specialised conversion models, set to be unveiled at EV Day on February 24.

The PV5 Passenger model features large windows for improved visibility, robust SUV-inspired cladding, and signature lighting elements that reinforce its modern, capable character. The PV5 Cargo shares the same geometric styling but prioritises space efficiency with a boxier profile and twin side-opening rear doors for enhanced loading practicality.
