Ford Ireland seeks top tradespeople for a year-long Ford Transit loan

Overview

Ford Ireland has launched an initiative to recognise tradespeople who contribute to communities across the country. The campaign, titled Ireland’s Greatest Tradespeople, aims to highlight professionals such as plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and painters who play a key role in maintaining and improving everyday life.

As part of the initiative, Ford Ireland will provide five winners with a 12-month loan of a branded Ford Transit van and a place in the ‘Transit Team Directory,’ a platform designed to promote their trade.

Ford is inviting nominations from the public for tradespeople who deserve recognition. Eligible nominees include professionals such as plumbers, tilers, and gardeners who demonstrate skill and dedication in their work.

The campaign is supported by broadcaster Baz Ashmawy, who has expressed enthusiasm about showcasing the contributions of tradespeople in Ireland.

The Ford Transit, known for its durability, spacious design, and modern features, is being positioned as a business asset that can support tradespeople in their daily operations.

Nominations can be submitted by visiting @FordIreland on Instagram and commenting on the competition post with the nominee’s name and trade. Winners will be determined through public voting and will receive the loan of a Ford Transit for a year, along with the title of Ireland’s Greatest Tradesperson in categories such as Greatest Painter/Decorator, Plumber, Carpenter, Electrician, and Gardener.

Further information on the competition is available on Instagram (@FordIreland) and at www.ford.ie.
