Luxury French car brand will provide a branded fleet of hybrid and electric vehicles to support the event

Overview

DS Automobiles Ireland has been announced as the Official Vehicle Partner for the inaugural Ireland Fashion Week (IFW), taking place from October 6–10, 2025. The French premium carmaker will provide a branded fleet of DS models, including plug-in hybrid and fully electric vehicles, to support the transportation needs of VIP guests, designers, and the IFW team throughout the five-day event.

As Ireland Fashion Week prepares to transform iconic locations across the country into a showcase of design and culture, DS Automobiles will ensure smooth and sustainable transport in line with its brand values. The initiative reflects the brand’s ongoing commitment to innovation, elegance, and low-emissions mobility.

Founded in Paris in 2014 and introduced to Ireland in 2021, DS Automobiles is known for blending advanced technology with Parisian style. Its current lineup includes the DS 3, DS 4, DS 7, and the forthcoming all-electric flagship model, the DS N°8, which boasts an expected range of up to 750 km. The brand is also a long-time supporter of the fashion world as an official sponsor of Paris Fashion Week.

Glin Donnelly, Brand Manager at DS Automobiles Ireland, commented: “We are thrilled to support Ireland Fashion Week and be part of this landmark moment for Irish design. As a brand that celebrates design, elegance, and luxury, we see this partnership as a natural alignment.”

Ireland Fashion Week, spearheaded by founder Ashley McDonnell, will feature over 50 designers and offer €1 million in industry support. The event is set to position Irish fashion on the global stage through a series of shows, exhibitions, and cultural happenings.
