Celebrating the overall winners for 2024

Overview

The annual CarsIreland Dealership Awards, proudly sponsored by PTSB Asset Finance, took place on Tuesday, 21st January, at the Clayton Hotel in Ballsbridge, Dublin. A key date in the Irish automotive calendar, the awards recognised outstanding achievements in marketing, innovation, and customer engagement across the motor industry.

Hosted by broadcaster Des Cahill, the event celebrated the hard work and creativity of dealerships nationwide. A panel of judges, including automotive and marketing experts, evaluated nominees on criteria such as online visibility, photo quality, social media presence, and customer engagement to determine the winners.

The afternoon saw awards presented to dealerships from across the country, with overall wins for:

Bluebell Motor Company (Dublin) – Best Overall Online Marketing 2024

Gallaghers Cars (Donegal) – Best Overall Presentation 2024

Kylemore Cars (Dublin) – Best Overall Social Media 2024

Daniel Sullivan of Gilmore’s Mercedes-Benz (Kingscourt) – Industry Superstar Award, recognising his role in driving Gilmore’s digital success.

Best Online Marketing - Provincial Winners 

• Best Online Marketing Leinster:  Bluebell Motor Company

• Best Online Marketing Munster: AutoXpress Limerick

• Best Online Marketing  Connaught: Monaghans Galway

• Best Online Marketing  Ulster: Gilmores Mercedes-Benz, Cavan

Best Presentation - Provincial Winners 

• Best Overall Presentation Leinster: Kevin Barry Motors

• Best Overall Presentation Munster: James Barry Motors

• Best Overall Presentation Connaught: Sean Fleming Motors

• Best Overall Presentation Ulster: Gallaghers Cars

Best Social Media - Provincial Winners 

• Best Overall Social Media Leinster: Kylemore Cars

• Best Overall Social Media Munster: Kellihers Toyota Garage

• Best Overall Social Media Connaught: Conor Cassidy Cars

Ger Toher, Chief Operating Officer of Motion, CarsIreland’s parent company, congratulated the winners:

The Clayton Hotel provided the perfect setting for the awards, with attendees enjoying an afternoon that celebrated the achievements of their peers.

With another successful event completed, the CarsIreland Dealership Awards continue to highlight the talent and innovation in Ireland’s automotive sector, and plans are already underway for an exciting 2025 edition.
